To keep your Jotta in the best condition, please take caution when using it on rough or unfinished wood surfaces as this may scratch the bottom surface of the Jotta.
Recommended markers
Our first release comes with a complimentary marker and eraser for you to get started and using your Jotta right away. We've also tested a number of different markers and would recommend these markers for the best Jotta experience!

Cleaning
Use an eraser or soft cloth / dry paper towel to wipe marks from your Jotta after use. If there is any ink residue, go over the same area with a clean cloth or eraser.
Like any whiteboard, you may experience some stubborn ink marks after an extended period of time. You can clean this quickly with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl) or warm soapy water. You can also use a traditional whiteboard cleaner spray also. Be sure to wait until the surface is dry before writing again.
